How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Squeeze lemon juice over chicken, and rub with olive oil. Cover with mixture of dry ingredients.
  • Place in Zipper bag, add stock, and marinate at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  • Place chicken and marinate in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with garlic. Season with salt and pepper and top with cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
  • Pour vinegar over chicken and serve. (or make a balsamic reduction)

    A good chicken marinade! I think if you really want the marinade to get into the chicken you should get it under the skin as well. Moist and flavorful! Thanks :) A little more in the IMI ------------> Chicken Savoy
