    Try adding some oil to the mix in addition to the egg to make it stick. Turkey mince isn't as fatty as beef so it needs a little help sticking together.

    You need to make sure the turkey have some fat to make the mixture stick.

    These burgers were very tasty, but they did not stay together very well.

    I think if I make them again I will add a little extra breadcrumbs. Any other suggestions?
