How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Heat oil in a Dutch oven until very hot. Add short ribs and sear on all sides.
  • Add onions, garlic and shallots.
  • Reduce heat to medium and cook 6 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  • Bring to a boil, cover and place in oven.
  • Cook 3 hours.
