How to make it

  • Toss all ingredients into a blender and mix until completely smooth
  • If needed, add a little water untill desired consistancy (I prefer mine thicker)

    I make the same thing. Use whatever fresh fruit, juice, or frozen fruit you like. I use frz. berries, fresh banana, flax seed, wheat germ and honey.
    Make extra and seal in a jar for a quick morning breakfast. Great recipe.. thanks!

    My kids and I have been on a smoothie kick for about 3 weeks now. THis one looks good and healthy. I love Flax oil and Flax seed. It is so good for your body. Im going to add this recipe to my fuel for running group..thanks! M
