Morning Boost Smoothie

- 1 1/2 Cups frozen strawberries shopping list
- 1/2 Cup frozen blueberries shopping list
- Handful of fresh raspberries shopping list
- 1 fresh peach Cut in Peices shopping list
- 1/4 Cup vanilla soy yogurt shopping list
- 1 Scoop Whey Protien Powder shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Flax oil shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Pure cranberry juice (not coctail) shopping list
- 1 Cup Light vanilla Soy milk shopping list
How to make it
- Toss all ingredients into a blender and mix until completely smooth
- If needed, add a little water untill desired consistancy (I prefer mine thicker)
- Enjoy!
