Thick And Custardy Lemon Bars

- Crust, mix and press into 9x13 pan bake for 20-25 minutes @ 350 shopping list
- ( when I make any of my cookie bars I usually do not bake the full amount of time given. They will bake with the topping yet. I bake this only 15 or 20 minutes. It makes them more delicate and crumbly as well) shopping list
- 2 ¼ cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup butter, soften and remember use sweet! shopping list
- ½ cup 10X sugar shopping list
- Beat: shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- ½ cup lemon juice shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- Peel of one lemon shopping list
- ¼ cup flour shopping list
- Pour onto crust shopping list
How to make it
- Bake 20 minutes
- Cool and sift 10X
- For a variation. You can also top the bars with 10X sugar mixed with lemon juice and coat the top of the bars with this instead of just 10x sugar.
