How to make it

  • cut all your veges into bite size pieces.
  • saute the vegetables (NOT the baby corn), adding each one at a time
  • let cook for about 10 minutes, until the veges are soft
  • add the chicken breasts, which you have cut in either bite size, chunks (I prefer chunks) or strips
  • let cook an additional 10 min or more (depending on how large you cut the chicken)
  • next add the baby corn, cut in bite sized pieces
  • mix together in a seperate bowl all the sauce ingredients
  • now add the sauce
  • let cook a few min more (you dont want to overcook it or it will turn into mush)
  • Eat and Enjoy!
