Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 Tbs minced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 7 oz cooked spaghetti, drained
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 10 pkg frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions
  1. In medium saucepan, combiine mayonnaise, flour, and seasonings, gradually add milk.
  2. cook over low heat until thickened
  3. add cheese and wine
  4. stir unitl cheese is melted
  5. combine mayonnaise mixture with spaghetti, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, and 3/4 cup of the almonds and toss lightley
  6. pour into baking dish and top with remaining almonds
  7. bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
  8. serve with parmesan cheese
