How to make it

  • Beat eggs on med-high until thick.
  • Stir in Half & Half.
  • Combine cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan.
  • Add egg mixture.
  • Cook on med-low heat, stirring until mixture is thickened, usually about 5-6 minutes.
  • Remove and cool 30 minutes.
  • Add cream, salt and vanilla.
  • Freeze 2 hours.
  • Whip on med-high for 1-2 minutes.
  • Cover and freeze overnight.
  • Enjoy!
