Choco Kahlua Pecan Cookies

                    - 1 cup unsalted butter shopping list
 - 2 cups brown sugar shopping list
 - 2 eggs shopping list
 - 1/4 cup Kahlua liqueur shopping list
 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
 - 1 tsp salt shopping list
 - 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa shopping list
 - 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
 - 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips of your choice (try milk choc or dark choc; white choc chips look pretty) shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Preheat oven to 375F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
 - With an electric mixer in a medium bowl, beat together butter and sugar on high speed until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until incorporated. Add Kahlua; beat until smooth.
 - In a separate bowl, combien flour, salt, bakign soda and cocoa. Add to butter mixture and mix (by hand) to incorporate. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
 - Drop about a tablespoonful of dough onto baking sheet, leaving about 2" between cookies to allow spreading.
 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edgtes are lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
 - Makes about 36 cookies.
