Green /small cardamom is a common ingredient in Pakistani cooking. Its seeds have most of the sweet, highly-perfumed citrus fragrance.Remove the lump of blackish seeds from the cardamom .Grind them to a powder. You can store it in a tightlidded clean airtight jar,but it is best to grind it when you need.
