Pulled Pork

- 5 lb pork End Loin roast shopping list
- 2 Tbsp paprika shopping list
- 1 Tsp garlic salt shopping list
- 1 Tsp celery salt shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Dry ground mustard shopping list
- 3 Tbsp Mrs Dash shopping list
- 1 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 2 Lrg Spanish onions shopping list
- 1 Liter ginger ale shopping list
- ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 Bottle of Your Favorite BBQ Sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Mix garlic & celery salt, mustard, paprika and Mrs Dash Seasoning.
- Rub on all sides of pork roast
- Pour oil into deep stock pot
- Heat oil on Medium High
- Brown pork, turning to brown all sides
- Slice onions and add to pot
- Stir onions to coat
- Pour in ginger ale
- Turn heat to medium
- Simmer for approximately 2.5 hours or until pork falls off bone
- Drain most of the liquid reserving about a cup in the pot
- Shred pork using 2 forks
- Add BBQ sauce
- Season with black pepper and add additional salt if needed
- Cook for 20 mins
- Serve on rolls
