Hearty pulled pork sandwiches are a good cold weather meal.

Ingredients
  • 5 lb Pork End Loin Roast
  • 2 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Dry Ground Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp Mrs Dash
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Lrg Spanish Onions
  • 1 Liter Ginger Ale
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Bottle of Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

Directions
  1. Mix garlic & celery salt, mustard, paprika and Mrs Dash Seasoning.
  2. Rub on all sides of pork roast
  3. Pour oil into deep stock pot
  4. Heat oil on Medium High
  5. Brown pork, turning to brown all sides
  6. Slice onions and add to pot
  7. Stir onions to coat
  8. Pour in ginger ale
  9. Turn heat to medium
  10. Simmer for approximately 2.5 hours or until pork falls off bone
  11. Drain most of the liquid reserving about a cup in the pot
  12. Shred pork using 2 forks
  13. Add BBQ sauce
  14. Season with black pepper and add additional salt if needed
  15. Cook for 20 mins
  16. Serve on rolls
