Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute zucchini and chopped onion in oil. Drain well.
  • Whip cottage cheese, basil and oregano in a blender.
  • Place alternating layers of zucchini, cottage cheese and tomato slices in a 1-1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Top with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes.
  • Top with some sour cream if desired.
  • Less than 150 calories per serving!
