I got this from one of my nutrition professors in college. To look at her, she always looked mad, but she was so funny and sweet. I gave her a lot of grief about the nutritional value of this one!

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces crabmeat, picked through so there are no shells
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup white wine, the rest you can drink!

Directions
  1. In a saucepan, combine ingredients in the order they are listed.
  2. Over low heat, stirring often to prevent burning, heat until bubbling.
  3. Pour into a fondue dish to keep it warm.
  4. Serve with celery spikes and other veggies, crackers or chips.
