30 minute one dish chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1 medium onion, sliced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1-14 1/2 ounce can of diced tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- Grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish, place onion and chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Layer mushrooms and zucchini over chicken.
- In a bowl, combine garlic, tomatoes, basil and oregano.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Cover tightly.
- Bake at 450° for 30 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

I might try this tonught ... I was thinking of doing a healthy chicken and rice meal. Sounds like it would be great over rice.
