Ingredients

How to make it

  • Use a bit of wax paper, crumple it up, and smear it in some butter for using to grease a pan about 12 x 8 inches. Make sure you get the sides.
  • Melt butter in large saucepan or large pot over medium heat.
  • Toss in marshmallows, and stir until melted. If you don't take care stirring, they'll burn, so watch out!
  • Remove from heat and while stirring, add in the vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  • Pour in the Rice Krispies and stir to mix it all up. It gets really sticky and messy, but try to coat the cereal as best as you can.
  • Spoon mixture into pan, and press down with either the back of a greased spoon, or greasy fingers, and just let them cool!
  • If you want to keep them longer, cover with wax paper, and keep them in the fridge.
