Ingredients

How to make it

  • First you need to wash and dry the duckling.
  • Then you can add the remaining ingredients and brush inside and out over duckling; let this stand for approx. 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  • This will need to roast at 350 degrees for approx. 2 hours, turning and basting with drippings occasionally.
  • Serve.

Great easy recipe, but I used a whole fresh duck with very little meat on it.
