Ingredients
  • 185g unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp grated orange rind
  • 3/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 6 eggs, seperated
  • 185g dark chocolate melted
  • 11/2 c ground hazelnuts
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • White Chocolate cream:
  • 1/3 c cream
  • 200g white chocolate, chopped

Directions
  1. grease and line a springform tin with grease proof paper
  2. combine butter, rind and sugar, and beat until light and creamy, beat in egg yolks until just combined
  3. stir in cooled chocolate and hazelnuts.
  4. beat egg whites until they form soft peaks, lightly fold half into mix, then the other half.
  5. spread evenly into pan, and bake 20 mins in mod oven, reduce heat to low and bake a furthe 40 mins or until firm, cool then place onto a large serving plate.
  6. spread white chocolate cream over cake.
  7. White chocolate cream:
  8. place cream into a small pan, and bring to the boil, remove from heat and add chocolate..stirring until smooth, cool and refridgerate for 30mins or until thick.
  9. garnish with your imagination!
