How to make it

  • grease and line a springform tin with grease proof paper
  • combine butter, rind and sugar, and beat until light and creamy, beat in egg yolks until just combined
  • stir in cooled chocolate and hazelnuts.
  • beat egg whites until they form soft peaks, lightly fold half into mix, then the other half.
  • spread evenly into pan, and bake 20 mins in mod oven, reduce heat to low and bake a furthe 40 mins or until firm, cool then place onto a large serving plate.
  • spread white chocolate cream over cake.
  • White chocolate cream:
  • place cream into a small pan, and bring to the boil, remove from heat and add chocolate..stirring until smooth, cool and refridgerate for 30mins or until thick.
  • garnish with your imagination!
