This sounds so good I can't wait to try this I came browsing under meat salads looking for great ideas. I found alot but this one caught my attention the most maybe its the sage, garlic, & white pepper that stood out the most. I would to give this a try and I will as soon as I can. I really enjoy viewing the beautiful pic as well.
