Skillet Coffeecake

Very easy to make and very tasty.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring shopping list
- slivered almonds shopping list
- sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter and add to sugar in mixing bowl then beat in eggs one at
- a time. Add flour, salt and flavoring and mix well. Pour into iron
- skillet that has been lined with aluminum foil. Cover top with
- slivered almonds and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 35 minutes in 350 oven.
