Great for these (ending- soon ) hot days as a cool treat -Great for the holidays ahead as a delightful & light way to finish a meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 3 to 4 drops green food coloring
  • 2 cups whipping cream (whipped)
  • 1 cup ( 6ounces) miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
  1. In a large bowl combine milk, water,extract and food coloring
  2. Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into a foil-lined 9 in.x 5 in. x3 in. loaf pan.
  4. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
  5. Lift out of pan and remove foil
  6. Slice
