A little dry don't you think? But the flavor was there. Adjust the bake time please.

My family loved this. It was really easy to make and it smells great in the oven. Perfect fall dish.

I tried this tonight. It was pretty good ;) One thing - if you smell something burning, it's too late for the apples in the oven. I remedied this by coring and slicing two apples, putting them in a saute pan with a little brown sugar, cinnamon, orange juice (to protect color), a little pat of butter and a pinch of sea salt. Then I drizzled it over the pork chops. Yum. Though next time I hope I catch the ones in the oven before it burns :(
