Recipe by Jtruair: Apple Pork Chops/saved
Good overall flavor. Could be baked a little less to keep the meat from drying out. It was just a little dry but could have been moister.
The chops are baked elevated via the apples which keep the chops from nestling down in the fluid that develops from the baking. Think I would keep the apples surrounding the chops instead of under them.
Also don't forget to rub in some salt and pepper to the chops before browning them.
Served up with buttered red potatoes and garlic focaccia.

I love the look of those little potatoes. I always see those in the store but never buy them. Delicious looking dinner.

Oh wow!! An hour and a half sure would give you dry chops! I would say maybe 30-45 mins. depending on thickness.
