Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut up meat in stew like pieces
  • Coat with taco seasoning
  • Brown in oil, in wok, cast iron skillet, or non stick pan
  • Once brown, add salsa, & peach preserves.
  • Stir until well mixed.
  • Turn heat to simmer, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve over rice or noodles

    Oooh - I have this recipe and my family LOVES it! Except... I like to go heavy on the peach jam, so I usually put 1/2 of a jar of jam in. =) It's great with a nice fresh salad on the side.
