Upside Down French Appletart In Iron Skillet Recipe

Upside Down French AppleTart In Iron Skillet Recipe
Baked in an iron skillet, then turned upside down... this tart is first cousin to an apple pie. The iron skillet bakes the apples, sugar, butter just right! Top with vanilla ice cream.

Oh this sounds really good. I have plenty of iron skillets too. How big of one should I use?

A 9" or 10" would be fine. Just increase the size of the pie crust. Hope you enjoy it...it is really, really good!
