    I just made this for my mum and me to eat, and we really liked it. The mellow, creamy Havarti balances out the zingy vinaigrette very nicely, and the veggies were awesome grilled in it. It was also pretty easy to make. We give you a 5!

    Wonder if you can grill the vegetable in the oven as my husband is a nut. He won't grill outside anymore for fear of attracting the bears! Heck, just throw them some food and they'll go away!
