It's another one of those "simple" recipes that's so, so tasty - sounds so strange, but what a nice sauce it makes for the smokies - I like it with meatballs, too...I'm gonna have to add this one to the Tailgate Group!!

We love these at our parties too! For an extra punch we wrap them in bacon and put a toothpick through them and let them cook. Not very figure friendly - but oooohhh so good! Or we throw frozen meatballs and the smookies all-together into the same crockpot to cook with the sauce!

We love these for tailgating, and game watching parties! I add about a cup of our favorite beer to the sauce, and call them 'drunken dogs'. ;-) They're always a big hit!

I will admit that I had to raise an eyebrow at the jelly! But...it's worth a whirl..Thanks.

These are a huge hit at holiday gatherings! In addition to the above ingredients, I also add 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke and 1 can of beer (or 1/2 cup bourbon) to spice it up! Wonderful!

I used the apricot jelly and they were very good! Guests gobbled them right up! Thanks for the recipe!
