How to make it

  • IN A LARGE FRY PAN OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, HEAT OLIVE OIL(HEAT PAN FIRST)
  • ADD MUSHROOM, ONION AND MINCED GARLIC
  • SAUTE UNTIL MUSHROOMS RELEASE JUICES AND GARLIC IS SOFT(3 MIN).
  • STIR IN WINE
  • ADD BAY LEAF AND W. SAUCE,BASIL OREGANO AND SALT
  • SIMMER 10 MINUTES
  • REMOVE BAY LEAF
  • POUR SAUCE OVER HOT PASTA AND FOLD
  • TOP WITH GRATED CHEESE AND PARSLEY.

    turlak ate it and said...
    I cooked this last night - Very good and easy. I had to improvise a little...I can't believe I'm out of bay leaves!! I only used about 1/2 pound of baby bella mushrooms and I left them whole so I didn't waste any on my mushroom hating kiddo. I put in some shrimp tails and steamed broccoli too. I topped it w/ a light gouda cheese and a little parm. Really tasty! The wine sauce was wonderful and simple! Thanks dear!
