This is a great dish to serve on a cold Canadian winter night! Has just the right amount of spicy kick. You can top this with really any condiment (yogurt, sour cream, mint, coriander, lemon, etc) that you like. This is my husband's favourite!

This would work well with all three types of chicken. Ground, sea, and air. :^)
