How to make it

  • 1. Heat a bit of oil in a wok and fry the dried chillies till crispy. Set aside.
  • 2. Saute ginger and garlic till fragrant.
  • 3. Add in the diced white onion.
  • 4. Add in the green pepper, fried chicken, oyster sauce, chillie sauce and a bit of water.
  • 5. When there's only little liquid left, add in the fried cashew nuts, mix well and remove from heat.
