- 600g chicken fillets ~ diced shopping list

- - Coat the chicken fillets with salt and corn flour and fry. shopping list
- - Once cooked, remove from oil and place on the kitchen towel to absorb oil. shopping list

- 100g cashew nuts ~ fry with oil shopping list
- 30g dried chillies ~ cut into 1 to 1.5 inches long shopping list
- 2 white onions ~ diced shopping list
- 4 garlic ~ pounded shopping list
- 2 inches fresh ginger ~ pounded shopping list
- 1 green pepper ~ diced shopping list
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chillie paste shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- cooking oil shopping list
- salt ~ if needed shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Heat a bit of oil in a wok and fry the dried chillies till crispy. Set aside.
- 2. Saute ginger and garlic till fragrant.
- 3. Add in the diced white onion.
- 4. Add in the green pepper, fried chicken, oyster sauce, chillie sauce and a bit of water.
- 5. When there's only little liquid left, add in the fried cashew nuts, mix well and remove from heat.
