I get this recipe from one of my cooking buddy; MamaFami. This dish is lovely and simple to prepare. Got to try it!

Ingredients
  • Ingredients A :
  • 600g chicken fillets ~ diced
  • corn flour
  • salt
  • - Coat the chicken fillets with salt and corn flour and fry.
  • - Once cooked, remove from oil and place on the kitchen towel to absorb oil.
  • Ingredients B :
  • 100g cashew nuts ~ fry with oil
  • 30g dried chillies ~ cut into 1 to 1.5 inches long
  • 2 white onions ~ diced
  • 4 garlic ~ pounded
  • 2 inches fresh ginger ~ pounded
  • 1 green pepper ~ diced
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chillie paste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • cooking oil
  • salt ~ if needed

Directions
  1. 1. Heat a bit of oil in a wok and fry the dried chillies till crispy. Set aside.
  2. 2. Saute ginger and garlic till fragrant.
  3. 3. Add in the diced white onion.
  4. 4. Add in the green pepper, fried chicken, oyster sauce, chillie sauce and a bit of water.
  5. 5. When there's only little liquid left, add in the fried cashew nuts, mix well and remove from heat.
