How to make it

  • WATCH FOR BOILING AND REDUCE POWER IF EDGES START TO BUBBLE
  • Mix Juice,Rind and Sugar in 2quart casserole.
  • Add Butter,cover with wax paper and mic on high for 41/2 -5 mins whisking after 2 mins,till butter melts and Sugar dissolves:-Whisk again,
  • Beat Eggs till frothy, blend in about 1/2 cup hot lemon mix-Stir back into casserole and whisk well,Cover with wax paper and mic on MED (50%power) 41/2 -5mins whisking every two mins or so till thick .
