This is very creamy and very tasty. I like to make it and have it on bagels in the morning. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry preserves
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • One pint strawberries rinsed hulled and chopped

Directions
  1. In medium bowl with spoon beat together cream cheese, preserves and lemon peel until fluffy.
  2. Gently stir in strawberries then chill until ready to serve.
