How to make it

  • Whisk together soy sauce, Hoisin, wine and garlic.
  • Add a few drops of red food coloring if desired. (I leave this out)
  • Pour into zip-lock bag. Add pork tenderloin and seal.
  • Chill 2 to 8 hours.
  • Remove from marinade.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for one hour, basting with sauce every 15 minutes.
  • Last 5 or 6 minutes of cooking time, pour honey over and bake until honey is glazed.
