How to make it
- Whisk together soy sauce, Hoisin, wine and garlic.
- Add a few drops of red food coloring if desired. (I leave this out)
- Pour into zip-lock bag. Add pork tenderloin and seal.
- Chill 2 to 8 hours.
- Remove from marinade.
- Bake at 400 degrees for one hour, basting with sauce every 15 minutes.
- Last 5 or 6 minutes of cooking time, pour honey over and bake until honey is glazed.
