How to make it

  • In a slow cooker, combine beer and cheese.
  • Cook on low for 30-40 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • In a bowl, whisk yolks, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and cayenne.
  • Pour into the slow cooker and stir until thickened.
  • Let it cook on low 10 minutes more.
  • Serve with dark bread cubes, crudité, over over baked potatoes and/or steamed veggies.
