Oh now, this sounds so good! Bookmarked!

Very good, a favorite!! I always make it in a dutch oven, then bake. It's a winner!

I look forward to trying this recipe this winter when the days are short and cold. = )

Crockpot...right up my alley! With cold weather around the corner, this will be a must try!!

This sounds great. Thanks for posting.

Today it's raw and pouring rain. I'm making this for supper. Thank you!

Okay-it's in the oven. I'm actually feeding it to company tonight. Don't worry, she's an old, old friend who couldn't cook her way out of a paper bag and thinks everything I make is wonderful. :-) I'm also taking some photos of the process for you. Chris

It turned out beautifully. The photos are up. Too bad I can't spell "casserole". I did put about 1 1/2 cups of peas in also, but I completely forgot to take a picture of the totally finished dish since I was trying to get it all on the table. It looked and tasted great. I did add a couple of beef boullion cubes, some parsley, and of course some chopped fresh garlic. :-) The tapioca did a great job--makes it very smooth. It's a keeper, Noir! Chris

Thank you so much for adding the pictures! Glad you had a wonderful meal! :)

It is so good! The pictures helped too!
