- 1 2x2" block of fresh soft tofu (silken kind best) shopping list
- Dab of prepared wasabi (in tube or bottle) shopping list
- Dab of prepared ginger (in tube) shopping list
- Half hand full of fish flakes shopping list
- Half hand full of nori (dried laver seaweed), slivered shopping list
- Large pinch of chopped green onion shopping list
- soy sauce to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put the cold tofu in a bowl.
- Add wasabi and ginger on top.
- Sprinkle with remaining dry/fresh ingredients.
- Pour soy sauce over the top to taste at table.
