How to make it

  • Put the cold tofu in a bowl.
  • Add wasabi and ginger on top.
  • Sprinkle with remaining dry/fresh ingredients.
  • Pour soy sauce over the top to taste at table.

    My youngest son Nate who is 27 years old likes to travel the world. He's been to Japan for 2 months and he said the food was great. I have from then on been tring Japanese food. It is wonderful. Thank you very much for posting this Recipe so I can try.
