No Cook Play Dough Recipe

I have just made this no-cook version for the first time and it is quick, easy and turned out perfectly. I have committed the quantities to memory for rainy day emergency fun!

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 tbspn cooking oil
- 1 tbspn cream of tartare
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in bowl until combined.
- Knead by hand until smooth dough has formed.
- Have FUN!

I'm making this right now...(waiting for the water to boil). I'm a second grade teacher and I quadrupled the recipe for my class- to make their pinch pots! :)
