How to make it

  • In large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons butter.
  • Saute mushrooms until tender.
  • Remove mushrooms from pan and set aside.
  • Add remaining butter to skillet.
  • Add green pepper, red pepper and green onions. Saute until softened.
  • Add garlic and saute 1 minute.
  • Add wine and seasonings.
  • Return mushrooms to skillet and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
