How to make it
- Pour oil into a 2 to 3 quart slow cooker to grease bottom and sides of cooker
- Add remaining ingredients mixing well
- Cover and cook on low heat 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours

I make this same recipe in the oven and add dried fruit. I eat this almost every week, I also add flax seeds ground up. It helps lower cholesterol.misspattiecakes in Tyler loved it
