This one was found in an old cookbook about firehouse cooks. It is scrumptious for a brunch with a breakfast smoothie and fresh fruits. You can make it even creamier by using half and half or heavy whipping cream instead of milk

I make this same recipe in the oven and add dried fruit. I eat this almost every week, I also add flax seeds ground up. It helps lower cholesterol.
