Yummy Chicken Marinade Recipe

	Sastina / All my dishes 2 years, 2 months ago I can't remember where I found this marinade recipe, but everyone who tries it LOVES it. I typically marinate over night and grill the next day. Any leftover chicken is used for quesadillas! Prep:10m Servings:12	Sastina

Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce (I use low sodium-more subtle flavor)

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp basil

1/2 tsp garlic (I typically use more, just my taste)

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, put marinade and chicken into a large ziploc bag and refridgerate over night. Take out and cook!

Unfortunately, I don't know if kids would like it. I have a 3 month old, so no experience with it. Sorry! I'm sure they would like it cut up and used in quesadilla's!
