How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together, put marinade and chicken into a large ziploc bag and refridgerate over night. Take out and cook!

    This was delicious!! I used it a little different than an overnight marinade.....cut up my boneless, skinless chicken breasts and boiled it for about 30 minutes..then placed marinade mixture and chicken in baking bag in casserole dished and baked at 325 for about 30 minutes......I did add about 1/4 cup cooking sherry to mine...IT WAS YUMMY!!

    Unfortunately, I don't know if kids would like it. I have a 3 month old, so no experience with it. Sorry! I'm sure they would like it cut up and used in quesadilla's!
