How to make it

  • CHOCOLATE WAFER CRUST DIRECTIONS
  • Crush wafers in food processer OR
  • Place in plastic zip lock bag, close, and roll with rolling pin
  • Combine crumbs with melted butter
  • Press in a 9 inch tart pan OR 9 inch pie plate
  • Bake 300 degrees for 15 minutes
  • Cool
  • CHOCOLATE FILLING DIRECTIONS
  • Combine chocolate, whipping cream, butter
  • Heat, stirring until smooth
  • Remove from heat
  • Cool 30 minutes at room temperature
  • Pour into cooled crust
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours
  • WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING DIRECTIONS
  • Beat cream until it looks like pudding
  • Add powdered sugar
  • Add Kahlua
  • Beat until it stands in peaks
  • Top refrigerated tart or pie with this, shortly before serving
