TCVillegas - I've converted the metric measurements below:

250g butter - 1 cup + 2 tbsp
55g icing sugar - 1/3 cup powdered sugar
260g AP flour - 1 3/4 cup AP flour
50g cornstarch - 1/3 cup cornstarch

60g butter - 4 tbsp butter
110g icing sugar - 2/3 cup powdered sugar, sifted

I will vouch for this recipe. I have made it with lemon, and they are so delicate and delicious. Practically melt in your mouth. I've never sandwiched them, just frosted each one, but that is a cute idea!

Hi! Your recipe is something I'd like to try. I am not familiar with the measurements though. How do I convert it to cups, tsp etc?

Thanks hon :D I'm a fan of the sweetness of the orange myself, but if you want something a bit tangier, you can just replace the orange with lemon :)

Thanks, Scrumptious :) If you love orange flavour, then adding a 1/4 tsp of natural orange extract to the cookie dough will really make it shine ;)
