Pizza Casserole For A Crowd Recipe

A yummy pizza inspired pasta casserole .

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. bag of wacky mac veggie spirals cooked til aldente
- 1 large jar 2lbs.13oz. jar of chunky ragu garden combination spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup of hot water (water from pasta) use this to rinse out the sauce jar
- 1 6 oz. package of pepperoni slices cut each piece into 1/4th
- 2 13.25 ounce cans of sliced mushrooms with stems
- 1 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 pound of hot italian sausage crumbled and fried til brown
- 2 tablespoons of EVOO
- 4 cups of your favorite shredded cheese
Directions
- Mix above all together and pour into roaster sized pan or 2 13x9 pans . bake on 350* til thickened and done cooking about 30-40 min.
- mix in 1/2 cheese and bake for 10-15 in. more then sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and bake til bubbly .
