Ingredients

1 or MORE, packages SPRING SALAD MIX, adjust for number of people

Add one of the combinations below

1 or more cans mandarin oranges, drained

dried cranberries

My OLD POST OFFICE SALAD DRESSING recipe (already posted)

Apple wedges

Walnuts

Maytag blue cheese

Black cherry salad dressing

Mandarin oranges

Pine Nuts

Raspberry salad dressing

BLACK CHERRY SALAD DRESSING

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1-2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons black cherry Polaner All Fruit

Whirl in a blender for a few seconds

STIR thoroughly before using

RASPBERRY SALAD DRESSING

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1-2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons seedless raspberry All Fruit, preserves, or jam

Whirl in a blender for a few seconds

STIR thoroughly before using the dressing

*NOTE: Could use quality bottled dressings....another time saver!

Directions

Pour the salad greens into a large salad bowl

Choose a combination from the above ingredients

Toss, adding the dressing at the last minute before serving

THE SKY IS THE LIMIT ON THIS. It is a beautiful presentation, great combinations of flavors, and a sure winner at a meal.
