- Crust shopping list
- 2/3 cup crushed peanuts shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- Layer shopping list
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 cup Cool Whip® shopping list
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding shopping list
- 1 package chocolate instant pudding shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups milk shopping list
- Large container Cool-Whip® shopping list
- Shave chocolate, garnish shopping list
- Chopped peanuts, garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, mix 2/3 cup crush peanuts, 1 cup flour and 1 stick of butter or margarine.
- Press mixure in a 9x13-inch pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 250°.
- In a bowl, blend peanut butter and cream cheese.
- Add powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip°.
- Mix to blend.
- Spread this mixture over the baked crust when it has cooled.
- With a mixer, in a bowl, slowly blend together the vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding and milk.
- Turn mixer to high and beat 2 minutes.
- Spread this onto the cream cheese mixture.
- Finally, spread 1 large container of Cool Whip® on top of the pudding mixture and sprinkle with shaved chocolate and crushed peanuts.
- Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
