How to make it

  • In a bowl, mix 2/3 cup crush peanuts, 1 cup flour and 1 stick of butter or margarine.
  • Press mixure in a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 250°.
  • In a bowl, blend peanut butter and cream cheese.
  • Add powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip°.
  • Mix to blend.
  • Spread this mixture over the baked crust when it has cooled.
  • With a mixer, in a bowl, slowly blend together the vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding and milk.
  • Turn mixer to high and beat 2 minutes.
  • Spread this onto the cream cheese mixture.
  • Finally, spread 1 large container of Cool Whip® on top of the pudding mixture and sprinkle with shaved chocolate and crushed peanuts.
  • Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.

    Yeah! Peanuts, chocolate, peanut butter - this just doesn't get any better (or sweeter!)...hurray for Jimmy Carter and his peanut plantation!!
