Baked Crispy Chicken Recipe

I like crispy coatings on things so am always looking for more ways to achieve that.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
- 3 large chicken breasts cut into strips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix first three ingredients in a small bowl.
- Dip chicken into the mixture and then roll them into cornflakes.
- Bake on foil lined pan for 40 to 45 minutes or untill done.

I am always looking for a new chicken recipe, and ones with FEWER ingredients are invariably my favorites. Taking things I already have and making something NEW is the best kind of cooking. Thanks so much for sharing this. As soon as "oven" weather kicks in it will be tried.

It was pretty good, the ketchup/mayo kept the chicken nice and moist and didn't have a gross 'ketchup' taste afterwards like I feared.
