SHARING LEOLAS POTATOES Recipe
These potatoes have been served to many, many people through the years, and have become known as Leola's Potatoes. They are easy and very, very good! Especially good served with ham!

Ingredients
  • 5 med. potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 3 onions, peeled and sliced
  • 2 T dried chives
  • 2 C sour cream
  • 2 C milk
  • 1 C water
  • 4 T flour
  • 1 stick of butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Layer potato and onion slices in a greased baking dish
  2. In a large bowl, stir water into flour, salt, and pepper, a little at a time until smooth
  3. Add sour cream and milk, mix well
  4. Pour over potatoes and onions
  5. Sprinkle top with chives and dot with butter
  6. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees
  7. Cover dish for first half of cooking time and then uncover to brown
  8. ENJOY!
