Spinach Salad

I've had this recipe for years. I think I got it off another recipe site. Everyone I have ever served this too has asked for the recipe. It is simple but delicious.
Ingredients
- Salad: shopping list
- 1 pound fresh spinach shopping list
- 1/4 pound bacon- fried and crumbled shopping list
- 1 medium/small red onion sliced shopping list
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 2 hardboiled eggs sliced (Add these after you toss with dressing) shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/3 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Blend dressing ingredients well .
- Add 2/3 cup oil in a thin stream while blender is running. Blend until creamy.
- Toss with salad mixture and top with eggs.
