Spinach Salad Recipe

	spinach mushrooms easy onion bacon garlic parmesan

Ingredients

Salad:

1 pound fresh spinach

1/4 pound bacon- fried and crumbled

1 medium/small red onion sliced

1/2 pound fresh mushrooms sliced

2 hardboiled eggs sliced (Add these after you toss with dressing)

Dressing:

1/3 cup white vinegar

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

pepper to taste

Directions

Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Blend dressing ingredients well .

Add 2/3 cup oil in a thin stream while blender is running. Blend until creamy.

Toss with salad mixture and top with eggs.
