Miss Marys Texas Pie

This pie is delicious...maybe a little like chess pie. It is very easy to make....just mix in one bowl, pour into the crust, and 1 hour later, you have a wonderful pie!!
Ingredients
- 3/4 stick unsalted butter, melted shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 1 cup coconut shopping list
- 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs slightly
- Add sugar to eggs, whisk slightly
- Add flour, stir
- Add melted butter, whisk slightly
- Add pineapple and coconut, stir
- Pour into pie shell
- Bake at 35O degrees until set and lightly browned
- NOTE: Mrs. Mitchell was a lovely lady and a wonderful cook. She was known for this pie!.
