    The rolling part always gets me. Those eggs like to roll. But the end result in fantastic and I agree it is good cold too. We have a cuban version called Boliche that I adore, but this Argentinian version is much better. Nice post.

    Yep I saw it and was intrigued too...so one day I made it...good post will get the flank steak...everything is soooo expensive. Have a wonderfully joyful day.
