Ingredients

2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 c finely chopped, toasted and skinned hazelnuts

1/2 c finely diced dried fruit (apples, apricots, raisins, pears, cherries)

1/2 c nonalcoholic cider

Directions

In a bowl, blend all ingredients together well.

Refrigerate for up to one week, but serve at room temperature.
